As there is currently a shortage of skilled tradespeople, it can take time for an appointment to be arranged. Supplying the right details early on helps prevent misdiagnosis, avoids delays, and allows us to allocate the appropriate specialist first time.
Important: If a problem is found to have been caused by a tenant or their household, the cost of the repair will be rechargeable. Please refer to the T&C of your lease.
